Yoga for a Good Cause! Feeling a little tense these days? How about stretching to support your community? Join me Friday Dec. 11 at 4pm for a 20min chair yoga practice as part of CBC's Project Give. Grab a chair and relieve the mental and physical stress that can come from long hours in front of a screen. No yoga experience necessary. All bodies welcome.
